New Work
The relationship between organic elements and man made structures has always been one of the main themes in my work. I am thinking about how we change the landscape, and how the landscape changes us. Natural resources, nature becoming artificial: alterations being made. My paintings present conflicting, contrasting, and yet coexisting notions of harmony, permanence, strength, and ecology. Threaded throughout is the progress of man and the power of nature.
